He said to keep my activities at 10% for 6 months to have my foot get fully healed, which I've tried to heed. I've recommended several people to him and the whole experience was calming and Miles and the office staff were all very caring and helpful. It worked great!! By Chantal N. from Sacramento, CA Posted Jan 14, 2013 Years ago I saw Miles on the recommendation of a friend. I suffered from upper back pain due to an injury from a rear end auto collision. The upper apex of my spine was injured partly from the auto accident and partly from a spinal residual condition; the spine was already weak prior to the auto accident. I had the pain for years before seeing Miles. With six treatments, the pain was gone and now years later, still no pain. Remarkable treatment I do say. Thank you Miles for your help.
