Go ahead and enter as an open-minded-skeptic (LOL) -- it won't take long to understand at least the principals of how the body works and can heal itself - or at least feel MUCH better. "D" will lead the way with her creditentialed therapy or simply answer your questions. To date, I have had more than 1 (foot) detox which helped me a great deal, and currently am awaiting my 4th or 5th (?) appt for reflexology. After each reflexology session - there was "physical evidence" of specific body systems working properly again. Each time when I leave The Body Temple I'm surprised at how FANTASTIC I feel. The effects of my reflexology sessions with "D" are cumulative. I feel much less physical pain, I feel happier and more free. My outlook is brighter, my skin is more calm and my "spirit" feels pretty dang good. ;-) I also enjoy the information on essential oils and their use. "D" is not afraid to tell a person, "Hmmm, I'm not sure -- let's look this up." She reads about a specific problem or issue...explains to the person if they don't understand and makes soft suggestions. If you'd rather she speaks more bluntly - "D" will (I prefer this). The products and services are NEVER "pushed" --never, never, never. Recently my S.O./partner/boyfriend (whatever word is used these days) had a terrible toothache. I called "D" an ran down to The Body Temple. "D" introduced me to a mouthwash called "Thieves" as well as CLOVE essential oil. Ohhh I had FORGOTTEN that cloves will help numb the pain! Since this is the Essential Oil -- it's much more potent than placing a whole clove on the sore area. ("D" carries only Young Living Essential Oils - good for her!!). I asked my partner to try the mouthwash and then place a drop of the Clove Oil on his finger and put it on/around his sore tooth. HE's a bigger skeptic than anybody I've ever known.....yet he looked at me --- "The pain is gone." YUP - pain gone (but he still must get proper dental care!). Obviously I ENJOY The Body Temple as well as "D" herself. I admire her attidude and dedication and will continue to visit The Body Temple. Thank you.
