I followed Amy from her previous personal trainer post as I feel she has the BEST overall understanding of what it takes to reduce chronic body issues. Working at a desk job for over ten years had created ongoing back and neck problems for me, along with terrible posture and general core weakness. I was extremely impressed with how each workout targeted exactly what was wrong with ME and was thrilled with watching the continual improvement I saw in my own body. It was a life changing decision to spend the time and money with a professional, as the benefits I saw were well worth the cost.
