Teresa works wonders! I originally starting to go to her for a combination of severe back pain, stress and allergies. She doesn't just provide massage, she creates a program just for you to address your habits that create the pain to begin with. I expected to have a problem solved, and I found that I ended up having a new, healthier lifestyle as a result!

When I moved out of state, we have continued our work together via distance sessions and I have found it to be increasingly helpful. I feel like the world has been lifted off my shoulders after a session!! Can't give her enough stars!

I first went to see Teresa because of severe neck pain and very limited rotaional movement in the neck. Within the first session my mobility increased by 75 % and my pain went from a level 8 to a level 2 on a scale from 1-10. By the end of 3 sessions I had full range of motion and no pain! Since then I have been on a her wellness program which I find extremely helpful to keep me feeling great and functioning with ease.I would recommend Teresa to anyone who wants to see results fast and be at their best health.
